Taxes and CustomsWe use Canada Post because it gives us the best airmail rates and does not incur brokerage fees for US customers. If you would rather have a different company deliver to you, please advise us.
Taxes in Canada are applied according to the Province or Territory the order is placed from but may not appear as intended in the shopping cart. If you feel you have been unjustly taxed, please contact us and we will initiate a refund upon investigation. Outside Canada sales are not taxed but tax and duty may be applied to your order by your own customs office. If an order must be returned, you can apply to your customs office for a refund of taxes and/or duty. Customs requirements differ for each country.
